Bhadrak, May 1: A man in Odisha’s Bhadrak killed his son during a heated argument on Wednesday.
The incident took place at the Sunagadhia village under the Bonth police limit in Odisha’s Bhadrak district.
Sources said that one Madhab Barik and his son Shankarshan faced off today over a previous dispute. As the situation went ugly, both attacked each other violently with sharp weapons. As a result, Shankarshan succumbed to his injuries on the spot while his father also sustained injuries.
On being informed, the Bonth Police rushed to the spot seized the body and detained the accused.
