Bhubaneswar, May 9: Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik is set to kick off a campaign tour today in Ganjam and Kandhamal districts.

Patnaik's itinerary includes landing at the playground of Kanis-based Balaji Vidyapitha in Ganjam district at 10:25 am, where he will address a public meeting to garner votes for BJD candidates.

Following this, Patnaik will proceed to Aska in the same district to hold another public meeting at 11:45 am, before heading to Phulbani in Kandhamal district at 1:10 pm. In Phulbani, the BJD supremo will rally support for Achyuta Samanta, the party's candidate for the Kandhamal Lok Sabha seat, along with MLA candidates from the constituency.
