Punjab, Ap 30: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann paid a visit to his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal at Tihar jail on Tuesday. Mann arrived at Tihar at 12:30 pm and departed around 1:10 pm. Following his meeting with the jailed Delhi Chief Minister, Mann informed that Kejriwal inquired about recent developments in Punjab's health and education sectors, as well as the state's board examination results.

Mann stated that Kejriwal assured Delhi residents of his well-being, mentioning regular insulin administration and medical check-ups. Kejriwal reportedly urged everyone to exercise their voting rights, as recounted by Mann.

This meeting follows a prior visit on Monday by Sunita Kejriwal and Delhi Minister Atishi, also to Tihar jail, as confirmed by prison authorities. Arvind Kejriwal has been in Tihar since his arrest on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) over alleged involvement in an excise scam. He is currently housed in Jail No-2. Reportedly, Kejriwal has submitted a list of six individuals he wishes to meet while in custody. The ED has labeled Kejriwal as the "kingpin and key conspirator" in the purported excise scam, alleging collusion with other Delhi government ministers, AAP leaders, and additional individuals.
