New Delhi, Ap 29: Former Union Minister and BJP candidate Rajiv Pratap Rudy, contesting for Bihar's Saran Lok Sabha seat, asserted on Sunday that his primary opponent is RJD chief Lalu Prasad, with Rohini Acharya merely serving as a "mask". "Lalu Prasad Yadav cannot contest the election... Hence, he is using Rohini Acharya as a mask," Rudy stated.

"Rohini Acharya sometimes calls me a fool and makes indecent remarks about our (BJP) state president Samrat Choudhary. The people of Saran sent me to Parliament for two consecutive terms, were they fools? Is Rohini trying to imply this?" the incumbent MP questioned.

Rudy's battle in Saran is against Acharya, daughter of former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad, in a constituency where polling is set for the fifth phase on May 20.

While Rajiv Pratap Rudy engages in door-to-door campaigning, the ailing RJD supremo Lalu Prasad, accompanied by his wife and former CM Rabri Devi, recently rallied for his daughter in Saran.
