Bhubaneswar, April 21: In a heartwarming reunion, a cohort of friends, once students of Basic Science College under OUAT, reunited today at Bisweswar Bhawan, Ganganagar, after a remarkable half-century gap.
This rare gathering of old comrades, spanning five decades, symbolizes enduring bonds and shared memories.
Over forty members from the illustrious batch of 1974 graced the get together, affectionately dubbing it "Bisuba Milana". Among the attendees, doctors, engineers, professors, scientists, and individuals holding prominent positions in governmental bodies and industries were present.
With a collective spirit of friendship and nostalgia, they have already formed a group of 70 members and asked others to join. The reunion not only celebrates the enduring friendship among the alumni but also underscores their commitment to giving back to society, embodying the ethos of lifelong learning and service instilled during their formative years at Basic Science College.
