Kuchinda, Ap 26: A man allegedly hacked his brother's wife and nephew to death in Sambalpur district.
The incident occurred at Dalakibahal under Gobindapur police limits of the district on Thursday. The police have registered a case of murder and have detained the accused, identified as Lochan Ping.
Lochan absconded from the spot following the double homicide in Kuchinda. However, police officials apprehended him within short span of time.
The reason behind such a heinous act has yet to be ascertained.
Further investigation is underway.
