Mumbai, June 28: Action-packed trailer of Gurmeet Choudhary starrer 'Commander Karan Saxena' has been unveiled today.
The gripping series trailer is packed with action sequences, starting with terrorist attacks on the country and showcasing Commander Karan Saxena, portrayed by Gurmeet, risking his life to protect the nation.
Directed by Jatin Wagle and produced by Keylight Productions, "Commander Karan Saxena" is based on a character created by acclaimed writer Amit Khan. The series also features Iqbal Khan and Hruta Durgule alongside Gurmeet, who plays the titular role of Commander Karan Saxena.
Gurmeet expressed his enthusiasm for portraying such a character on-screen.
"'Commander Karan Saxena' holds a special place in my heart. I have immense respect for the officers who dedicate themselves to serving our nation. It's a great honor for me to portray a character inspired by these real-life heroes," said Gurmeet.
"Karan, my character, embodies qualities like dedication, hard work, and courage—attributes that I deeply admire and strive to embody in my own life. Bringing him to life on screen has been a fulfilling journey," Gurmeet added, reflecting on his role.
'Commander Karan Saxena' is set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on July 8th.
