The bank employees are pressing a total of nine demands, with a primary focus on improving working conditions in the banking sector. Among their demands is a call for adequate staffing across all cadres, ensuring that temporary workers are appointed on a permanent basis, and addressing several issues related to the working environment.

Additionally, the union is advocating for the regularization of temporary employees.

This planned strike is part of their continued efforts to ensure better working conditions and job security for banking staff across the country.
