Berhampur, January 8: Odisha MP Pradeep Panigrahi who was put in a mesh of judiciary complications has been given a clean chit on Wednesday.
He has been acquitted of all charges related to alleged job frauds relating to Tata Motors.
The Brahmapur Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Rural Court on Wednesday delivered its verdict wherein Panigrahi was pronounced acquitted in three more cases. Earlier on Monday he was also verdicted acquittal in two such cases involving financial frauds. The court dismissed all the charges leveled against Panigrahi and alleged accomplices Abhay Kant Pathak, an IFS Officer with his son Akash Pathak.
Panigrahi who as Gopalpur Legislator then faced accusations of defrauding individuals with false promises of employment in Tata Motors in lieu of bribe.
