Cuttack, Sept 17: A young man was spotted waving a flag resembling the Palestinian national flag during a procession in Cuttack on Monday, which was held to celebrate Prophet Muhammad's birth anniversary.
Sources said that the flag, distinguished by its characteristic three colors, was seen being waved by a participant as the procession moved through the city's streets. This act drew considerable attention from both spectators and local authorities.
The incident briefly interrupted the festivities, but the situation was quickly brought under control without any further escalation. Authorities are currently investigating whether the display of the flag was intended as a political statement or if it was merely a case of mistaken identity.
