New Delhi, January 24: With Khalistani terrorist GS Pannun’s signature during Trump’s swearing-in ceremony in US, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India is all set to raise the matter with US.
Underlining the national security issues and the goodwill with the US, External Minister S Jayshankar on Friday said that India will raise the delicate matters with the United States authorities.
MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal also said during a press briefing that, “We will boldly protest every sort of anti-India agenda to keep up peace and national harmony across the nation. Pannun was spotted at The Liberty Ball during the official ceremony of Trump who returned to the White House on January 20, is indeed a concern for the nation.”
Worth mentioning, Pannun’s presence on the occasion became viral as the crowd present at the celebratory event chanted ‘USA, USA’; Pannun was seen raising pro-Khalistan slogans.
The video first showed a zoom footage of Trump and First Lady Melania on the stage and then panned to its left to show the crowd chanting ‘USA, USA’.
As the camera panned further, Pannun was seen among the crowd and was heard chanting ‘Khalistan Zindabad’ amid the crowd, that poised a threat for India as the Canada-based terrorist has been wreaking panic across the nation.
