Bhubaneswar, January 10:Odisha is now, more open to the world than ever before following the magnificent celebration of the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, said Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday.
With the new achievement acknowledged by the government during the 3-day global program meticulously organized here the CM said,the world now sees limitless opportunities in Odisha, that is-Odisha is going global.
It’s a hearty appeal to the Indian diaspora to be the part and parcel of the overall progress and prosperity of our Nation as well as Odisha with their energetic involvement to steer the wheel of success, being catalysts of newness and excellence.
With the blessings of Lord Shree Jagannath, Odisha Ashmita is at its new heights now, Majhi said.
Majhi also said, “I seek your involvement and cooperation in taking the Odia Culture and Heritage to the world. The Pravasis who want to engage with the State for projects, investment etc. will be supported and facilitated. I am elated to announce that my government will appoint a Nodal Minister from the Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture for this purpose.
