Bhubaneswar, Nov. 15: The possibility of the expelled BJD leader and Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi joining Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP) is apparently clear. BJP's state unit president, Manmohan Samal has made an indication that there is no barrier for Panigrahi joining the national party.
He hinted that Panigrahi might join the saffron party.While speaking to reporters at Cuttack on Tuesday, Manmohan Samal said, "BJP's door is open for all. The party will consider and decide who wants to join BJP It will be our own party that will decide who will join us or not and not anybody else."
It is worthwhile to mention that after being expelled from the ruling BJD, Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi has been targeting the ruling party and the government on various occasions.
Last Saturday, Brahmapur BJD MLA Bikram Kumar Panda told a press meet that Panigrahi may join BJP.
