Bhubaneswar, Dec 3: President of India, Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday arrived at the Biju Patnaik International Airport(BPIA) in Bhubaneswar on her scheduled 5-day visit to Odisha.
The President landed in the BPIA in the afternoon where she was received by the Odisha Governor and state higher officials.
During her Odisha visit Murmu will participate in a series of important events, including the Indian Navy Day celebrations in Puri on December 4.
On December 5, President Murmu will attend the 40th Convocation of the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in Bhubaneswar. She will also inaugurate the New Judicial Court Complex in the city.
The President will spend December 6 and 7 in her home district of Mayurbhanj before returning to New Delhi on December 7.
