Hyderabad, Dec 13: Puspa Hero Allu Arjun got a heroic comeback to his fans from a sure-shot judicial custody on Friday after the Telangana High Court granted him an interim bail this afternoon.
The actor was awarded a 14-day judicial custody by the subordinate Court today after his arrest in connection with the death of a woman in stampede at Sandhya theatre on December 4.
Telugu film actor Allu Arjun was arrested by the police in connection with a stampede that occurred during the premiere of his film Pushpa 2 in Hyderabad on December 4.
The incident resulted in the death of a 39-year-old woman and left her son in critical condition.
Authorities filed charges against the management of Sandhya Theatre, the actor, and his security team.
Police stated that they had not been informed in advance about the actor’s appearance at the event. Allu Arjun was taken into custody on Friday by officers from the Chikkadpally police station, where the case was filed.
