Mumbai, July 2: Telugu star Sudheer Babu is set to headline an upcoming pan-India supernatural thriller directed by debutant Venkat Kalyan. The film promises a larger-than-life storyline with extensive visual effects, as stated in a recent announcement.
Presented by Prerna Arora, known for producing blockbusters and National Award-winning films such as ‘Rustom’, ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘PadMan’, and ‘Pari’, the yet-untitled project marks Sudheer's venture into a year-long exploration of the script and genre.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Sudheer stated, "I've been immersed in this journey for the past year and I'm eager to share it with our audience. Alongside Prerna Arora and our dedicated team, we are committed to delivering a world-class cinematic experience that resonates deeply and leaves a lasting impact."
The film, slated for release around Shivratri in March 2025, will feature an epic battle between forces of good and evil. Produced by Prerna Arora, Shivin Narang, Nikhil Nanda, and Ujjwal Anand, it promises to unravel mysteries and hidden treasures of India intertwined with mythology.
The makers are set to announce a prominent Bollywood actress joining the cast, with the first look scheduled for release on August 15. Sudheer Babu's recent work includes the action drama ‘Harom Hara’, directed by Gnanasagar Dwaraka, alongside ‘Maa Nanna Superhero’ as his next project.
