Bhubaneswar: Sports and Youth Service Department (DSYS) observed the annual Vigilance Awareness Week with Director Sports, Siddhartha Das administering the integrity pledge at the Kalinga Stadium. Senior officials including CEO Hockey Promotional Council Odisha Deepankar Mohapatra, Additional Secretary, DSYS, B K Swain joined in the observance along with other officials and staff of the department.
Organised by Odisha Vigilance, the event is part of a larger mission to tackle corruption and promote ethical governance. This year, Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed from October 28 to November 3 on the theme “Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity and emphasizes the importance of honesty in building a prosperous society and making Odisha corruption-free.
