Bhubaneswar, Dec 16: A bus carrying approximately 60 passengers overturned into a roadside ditch late last night in Khordha.
The incident occured at Baghmari-Begunia road in Odisha's Khordha district. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported, though at least 10 passengers sustained injuries during the incident.
Sources said, the bus was traveling from Bargarh to Bhubaneswar when it lost control over the wheel around 3 am and it collided with a nearby electric pole, sliding into a ditch beside the road.
Several passengers were injured due to its impact, who were immediately shifted to nearby hospital.
Being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.
