The actor today celebrated his 68th birthday and enters the 69th year; still his looks give the shade of an evergreen actor.
For which, this star is known as evergreen star in this Gen Z age, and he is none other than Anil Kapoor – the Munna Bhai of Teezab, the One 2 ka Four Lakhan and Mr India of Sridevi.
The hairstyle of Anil Kapoor was popular in late 80s. And the star once revealed that George Michael's (see the image) 80's appearance was the source of his inspiration for his stubble and poofy hair style.
Born on December 24, 1956 in Mumbai, Anil Kapoor made debut in a cameo appearance in Umesh Mehra’s romatic flick Hamare Tumhare.

In 1983, Anil Kapoor made a Kannada debut with Mani Ratnam’s Pallavi Anu Pallavi.

He made Hindi debut in his home production Woh Saat Din. The film was produced by father Surinder Kapoor and brother Boney Kapoor. The film was directed by Bapu.

His intense action as Munna in violent romantic thriller Tezaab, with the chartbuster song and dance sequence like Ek Do Teen Chaar, Kaho Doge Tum O Meri Warna…went on to became the highest grossing of the year 1988, leaving behind Amitabh Bachchan’s Shahenshah, crowned Anik Kapoor as the new superstar of B-Town.
Year 1989 was Anil Kapoor’s year. He gave highest grosser of the year like Ram Lakhan and gave superhits like Rakhwala and won critical acclaim for his role in Eshwar.
His superstar crown remained intact till 1992 with hit like Beta, though many of his big productions like Yash Chopra’s Lamhe, Rakesh Roashan’s Khel bombed at the Box Office.
His superstardom is evident from the fact that he went for a world tour of concerts in June 1992 with Madhuri Dixit, Shilpa Shirodkar and Amrish Puri. The concerts were in the cities of Canada, America and England.
