Expressing his delight, Justice S. Muralidhar commended the state-of-the-art facilities of the complex, appreciating its modern design and amenities.

The Bhubaneswar Judicial Complex, operational since December 19, was inaugurated by President Droupadi Murmu on December 5, 2024. The delay in its operationalization was due to the transfer of necessary records from the old court building.
