Bhubaneswar: The vivacious and charming actress Kiara Advani seems to have joined the costliest star actress league of Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
As per reports, the versatile actress has reportedly been paid a massive amount for her role in Yash’s’s upcoming big-budget pan-world film Toxic. If the reports are true, then this will catapult her to one of the highest-paid actresses in Bollywood.
Kiara has delivered multiple hits like MS Dhoni, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kabir Singh, Good Newwz et al. She had a scored a hit with Superstar Mahesh Babu in 2018 in south filmdom. However, her recent film Game Changer with global star Ram Charan fared poor at the box office.
Recently, the actress was in news as she opted out of Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3. Despite ups and down, Kiara is still seen in cinema industry as a bankable star.
With Toxic, she joins Deepika Padukaone and Priyanka Chopra in commanding fattiest fees.
KIARA JOINS THE HIGH TABLE?
It need mentioning that Deepika was reportedly paid Rs 20 crore for Kalki 2898 AD, which starred Pravhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
As per reports, Priyanka is said to have secured Rs 30 crore for her upcoming film with SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu, tentatively titled SSMB 29. The film has recently completed its shooting schedule in Odisha’s Koraput.
Kiara’s paycheck places her among Bollywood’s top-earning actresses.
She also has War 2 lined up, where she will star alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR. With these projects, 2025 looks set to be a big year for the charming actress.
It is pertinent here to mention that there has been no official confirmation on her fate fees for Toxic, but the gossips have already sparked discussions. The swirling buzz suggests that Kiara is steadily climbing up the ranks in the industry.
KGF STAR YASH’S TOXIC
The KGF star starred Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-ups is believed in industry circles that it will turn a ‘real’ game-changer for Kiara’s career.
The film stars Kannada superstar Yash and is directed by Geetu Mohandas. It is being shot in both Kannada and English, making it the first large-scale Indian film to do so. The story revolves around Goa’s drug mafia, promising intense action sequences choreographed by Hollywood’s JJ Perry.
The film features a star-studded cast, including Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria. Yash’s rugged look and transformation for the role have already created a buzz. He is also co-producing the film.
Originally planned for an April 2025 release, the film has faced delays. The makers are now eyeing a late 2025 theatrical debut.
Toxic has also caught international attention. American actor Kyle Paul called it his best on-set experience and praised the supportive environment. The teaser was released on Yash’s birthday and has only added hyped the excitement.
