Bhubaneswar, March 21: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) activists in Odisha staged a dharna here in Bhubaneswar protesting the arrest of the party National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday.
Scores of AAP workers led by Convenor of Odisha Unit Nishikant Mohapatra took out a rally at Master Canteen square in Bhubaneswar and later staged a sit-in protesting ‘undemocratic’ arrest of Kejriwal by the Enforcement Directorate. Mohapatra said that Narendra Modi-led BJP is scared of the Aaam Aadmi Party and its leader Arvind Kejriwal. The arrest of the popular leader is a political vendetta of the BJP to give a checkmate to Kejriwal, to spread out his ideological governance.

“AAP Odisha chapter would continue indefinite demonstration here till Kejriwalji is released from the ED’s custody,” Mohapatra added.
