Etah, January 26: A three-year girl child was allegedly raped by her uncle in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.
The incident was reported in the Etah area under the Kotwali Nagar police limit.
The accused has been identified as Hira Lal(40), one of the uncles of the victim.
According to police, Hira Lal lured the kid to a secluded place by giving her chocolate and allegedly raped her.
The victim’s mother in her complaint identified the accused after the girl expressed her ordeal.
Subsequently, the complaint was lodged and an investigation was initiated in this connection. Meanwhile, the survivor was admitted to the hospital for treatment and medical exam.
Further investigation is underway. The accused remains at large, said the investigation officer.
