The ultra modern facility which is said to be a panacea to detect internal injuries and defects without the interventions of radio waves was inaugurated by AIIM’s Executive Director Dr. Ashutosh Biswas on the occasion of the International Day of People with Disabilities.
The 4D spine and gait analysis Lab, equipped with advanced technologies, including prosthetic and orthotic services, occupational therapy, physiotherapy units, and other allied services, will help diagnose the ailments with utmost accuracy.
It is also expected to provide rehabilitation services to patients with locomotor disabilities, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports injuries.
The 4D spine and gait analysis lab helps to check and measure spine problems and provides real-time data on joint movements. It is useful for treating conditions like stroke, scoliosis (curved spine), neck and back pain, polio-related paralysis, muscle diseases, and nerve issues.
