Bhubaneswar, Oct 4: The Palasuni Durga Puja committee here is all set to welcome Goddess Durga with Laxmi Narayan Temple of Madhya Pradesh -themed pandal this year.
The pandal will be 50 feet tall and artists from Cuttack have been entrusted in the construction work.

This year, the committee has laid out a budget of Rs 25 lakh for Durga Puja 2023.
Here the Goddess is offered Rice (Arna) on Ashtami and Dahi Pakhal on Dashami, which is unique.
There will be 100 volunteers for crowd and traffic control. In addition, 20 CCTV cameras will be installed in the pavilion.
Cultural programs will be held for three days. The association will make special arrangements for senior and differently-abled darshan during Mahasaptami.
A 40-feet tall Ravan effigy will be burnt in the Biju Patnaik playground at Prachivihar on Vijaya Dashami.
