Bhubaneswar, Mar 22: A major fire broke out at in a garment showroom located on Janpath in Odisha capital on March 21st night. However, no loss of life was reported in the mishap neither was anybody injured.
Sources said, the fire broke out at a branded showroom here. Goods worth several lakhs were reportedly destroyed in the blaze.
The intensity of the fire was so high that it caused damage to a nearby store, reports added.
The incident caused traffic snarls on the busy Janpath Road.
Though the exact cause behind the mishap is yet to be known, it is suspected that the blaze was triggered by a short circuit.
