New Delhi, January 25: As Delhi Assembly elections are just two weeks away, Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP’s manifesto here on Saturday
BJP has made several promises including a three-year plan to clean the Yamuna River, granting full ownership rights to residents of 1,700 unauthorized colonies, and introducing welfare programs for gig workers and laborers.
Amit Shah also criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of making false promises and failing to deliver on his previous commitments. He emphasized that "removing liars and betrayers" was the key issue in the upcoming polls.
The BJP’s manifesto also included a proposal to offer free travel worth up to Rs 4,000 annually for underprivileged students on Delhi Metro, under the National Common Mobility Card initiative.
