Mumbai, July 4: The first song from 'Bad Newz', titled "Tauba Tauba," has been trending ever since its release, garnering widespread praise. Vicky Kaushal's killer moves in the peppy track, which was unveiled on Tuesday evening, have even caught the attention of actor Hrithik Roshan.
In the song's video, Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri can be seen grooving to the catchy lyrics of "Tauba Tauba," leaving fans excited.
After the song's release, Vicky shared a short clip of the song on Wednesday. Among the many celebs and fans who commented, Hrithik Roshan praised Vicky's dance moves, writing, "Well done, man. Love the style."
Vicky, who was overwhelmed by Hrithik's reaction, took to his Instagram stories on Thursday to share a snapshot of the comment, captioning it, "And good night to me...Jeevan= Safal."
Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film appears to be a successor to the 2019 hit 'Good Newwz,' which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles.
'Bad Newz', co-produced by Anand Tiwari along with Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Amritpal Singh Bindra, is set to hit theatres on July 19.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Hrithik Roshan is currently gearing up for 'War 2,' directed by Ayan Mukerji, best known for his films 'Wake Up Sid,' 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani,' and 'Brahmastra.'
