Kidambi Srikanth loses final of BWF World Championships 2021

Huelva: Kidambi Srikanth lost the final of BWF World Championships to Loh Kean Yew of Singapore in men’s singles on Sunday. Srikanth bagged the silver medal after he was defeated by 15-21, 20-22. Srikanth has joined Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu to become only the third Indian shuttler to reach the final at World Championships. Earlier Srikanth had defeated Lakshya Sen 17-21, 21-14, 21-17 in an all-Indian semi-final clash to reach the finals.
