Sorada (Ganjam), May 15: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said lotus would bloom in Odisha and BJP would form the state government after June 1.

Addressing a public meeting in Ganjam’s Sorada, Shah attacked the BJD and Chief Minister naveen Patnaik for failing to ensure development in the state.

Naveen Patnaik is not coming back; Odia people have already said bye-bye to him, he said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is providing rice to the poor in Odisha, but Naveen Patnaik puts his own photograph and tells people that the rice is given by him. Why are you distributing empty bags to people, if you can then provide 2.5 kg extra rice over and above what PM Modi is providing, asked Shah.

The Home Minister raised the issue of Ratna Bhandar inventory and duplicate key issue and pledged that the BJP government would make public the probe report on the missing Ratna Bhandar key.

Shah raised the issue of migration of people to other states in search of employment and assured that if BJP would get five years, no one has to leave the State for jobs.

PM Modi has enhanced pride of Odisha by making Droupadi Murmu the President of India. Besides, PM Modi picked Konark Wheel for India’s branding at G-20 meet, he said.
