Mumbai, December 8: Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra, who recently appeared in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, celebrated his 89th birthday on Sunday in the company of his loved ones. The iconic actor marked the special occasion at his Juhu bungalow in Mumbai, surrounded by his two sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol, as well as his fans. Dharmendra cut a birthday cake, sharing warm hugs with his sons in a heartwarming family moment.
On this special day, Dharmendra’s wife, actress Hema Malini, posted a loving tribute to her husband on social media. She shared two beautiful pictures with him on Instagram, alongside a touching caption: "A day to celebrate! Happiest Birthday to the man of my dreams. In a significant gesture, Dharmendra converted to Islam and adopted the name Dilawar Khan to marry Hema, while she changed her name to Aisha Bi. The couple went on to have two daughters, actress Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
