Mumbai, July 3: Actress Parineeti Chopra engaged in an interactive session with her 44.2 million Instagram followers on Wednesday, aiming to dispel common myths about India. Through Instagram Stories, she encouraged fans to share myths, which she debunked with humor and facts.

One fan claimed, "Sardars and Punjabis don’t use Balle Balle in their conversations!" Parineeti agreed, adding, "And everything is not chak de phatte... Lassi is not our only beverage."

Another myth suggested, "Everyone who lives in Rajasthan carries multiple pots of water on their head through the desert." Parineeti clarified the traditional image, noting, "It’s a beautiful tradition! But Rajasthan also has modern cities."

In a light-hearted moment, a fan commented off-topic, "Raghav is the cutest husband one can get." Parineeti playfully interrupted with, "Small break for FACTS," accompanied by a kiss emoji.

Recently, Parineeti starred as Amarjot Kaur in the biographical musical drama 'Amar Singh Chamkila', directed by Imtiaz Ali and featuring Diljit Dosanjh. The film explores the life of Punjab’s iconic singer, Amar Singh Chamkila.
