Meet Sambalpur kid Tisya Panigrahi – the youngest scuba diver from Odisha

Sambalpur, Aug 25: Ten-year-old Tisya Panigrahi, who presently resides with her parents in Dubai, set record as the youngest scuba diver of Odisha. A student of Raffles World Academy School in Dubai, Tisya, successfully completed her Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Junior Open Water Scuba Diver’s Course on Monday. During her last training dive she went 33 feet deep water into the Arabian Sea in the Gulf of Oman and practised her skills. {"align":"center","id":64418,"width":436,"height":740,"sizeSlug":"large"} She is the granddaughter of former Debagarh MP late Sriballav Panigrahi. Tisya’s interest in scuba diving was sparked by her father Priyadarshee Panigrahi, who is a certified PADI Open Water Diver. He is working as the General Manager of a multinational company in Dubai.
