Odisha CM Mohan Majhi leaves for Mumbai to attend swearing-in ceremony of Devendra Fadnavis

Bhubaneswar, Dec 5: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida left for Mumbai to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Devendra Fadnavis today evening.
Majhi and his deputy Parida left Bhubaneswar around 10.20 am and will return tomorrow, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) informed.
Senior BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis will take oath as the new Maharashtra CM at a grand ceremony in Mumbai which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
NCP leader Ajit Pawar and former CM Eknath Shinde are also expected to take oath as deputy chief ministers, sources said.
Fadnavis (54), an MLA from Nagpur, will be sworn-in as the CM of Maharashtra for the third time at a grand ceremony at the Azad Maidan in south Mumbai. Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the event.
