He highlighted that the budget would fulfill the dreams of the people, with a strong focus on creating opportunities for the youth by opening up various sectors. PM Modi also highlighted that the budget aims to increase economic participation among the general public.

Unlike previous budgets, which are primarily aimed at bolstering government revenue, this one is designed to directly benefit citizens, laying a solid foundation for future development. The Prime Minister also praised the budget’s reforms in the nuclear energy sector.

Addressing the preservation of India's cultural heritage, PM Modi stated, "The country is progressing with the mantra of 'development alongside heritage.' Important and tangible steps have been taken in this budget to support this vision. The 'Gyan Bharat Mission,' which aims to preserve one crore manuscripts, has been introduced in this budget."

The Prime Minister also revealed that the shipbuilding industry would be granted infrastructure status, which he said would foster domestic production, promote self-reliance, generate employment, and boost the tourism sector. "The country has immense potential for tourism growth," he remarked.

Additionally, PM Modi announced a new scheme offering loans up to Rs 2 crore without guarantees for SC, ST, and women entrepreneurs, further empowering these communities.

A key announcement in the budget was the inclusion of Gig Workers in the formal economy. PM Modi explained, "A significant step has been taken for Gig Workers in the context of the New Age Economy. For the first time, Gig Workers will be registered on the eShram portal, allowing them to access health services."

The Prime Minister also celebrated tax relief for the middle class, noting, "Income up to Rs 12 lakh per year will now be tax-free. Additionally, taxes have been reduced across all income groups, which will greatly benefit our middle class and provide an opportunity for those newly entering the workforce."
