Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2025, delegates will have a special culinary experience; separate menus have been curated for delegates and VIPs.

Menu for the Delegates:

The menu will cater to a large number of people, offering a wide selection of spread.

On arrival: A refreshing Blue Lagoon (mocktail) starts the meal.

Finger snacks: With both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options like Assorted Chicken Kebabs, Thyme-Coated Fried Fish, ZaffraniPaneerTikka, and Mushroom Salt & Pepper.

From couldrum: Soup includes Kadali Mana Mandia Soup, Chicken minestrone Soup, Asian-Style Three Pepper Soup and Chicken Lung Fung Soup.

Main Course: It will be a balance between Indian and international fare and local Odiya dish. Non-vegetarian options include MurgAdraki (Chicken in a spicy, aromatic gravy) and Home-Style Fish Curry. Vegetarian options include KhoyaPaneerMatar (peas and cheese in a creamy gravy), RajwadiAloo (a flavorful potato dish), and Santaula (a vegetable curry).

Accompaniment: The salad pick will be from Garden Fresh Green Salad, Fresh Tossed Salad, and Watermelon Feta with Balsamic Reduction. Breads include Fresh Buns and Garlic Rolls. A dal counter offers Palanga Saga Dali and Black Dal Tadka, and rice options include Vegetable Pulao and Steamed Rice. Assorted Indian breads will complete this segment.

Last course: Rasmali, Langcha, and a selection from the Ice Cream Parlour.

VIP Menu:

The VIP menu offers a more refined and exclusive culinary experience. It includes a wider range of options.

On Arrival: The VIP experience begins with a Blue Lagoon (Mocktail).

Finger Snacks: The serve will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks: Assorted Chicken Kebabs, Thyme-Coated Fried Fish with Tartar Sauce, and Zaffrani PaneerTikka. A live RagdaTikki counter will be an added attraction.

From couldrum: The choice will be from: Kadali Manja Mandia Soup between Asian-Style Three Pepper Soup and Chicken Lung Fung Soup.

Main Course: The spread along with that of the delegates menu the added ones will be MurgAdraki, Prawn Malai Curry, and Home-Style Fish Curry (a local specialty). Vegetarian dishes include KhoyaPaneerMatar, RajwadiAloo, and Santula (a local specialty), with Pariba Chips and Mix Bhaja (local snacks) available. The lentils Palanga Saga Dali (local) and Black Dal Tadka. Carbs option: Vegetable Pulao and Steamed Rice. A variety of Indian breads such as Butter Naan, LachhaParatha, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti and Millet Roti are also included. A live counter for Ghuguni Chakuli Aloo Dum will be the main attraction.

Last course: Rasmali, Langcha, Gulkand Chhena Pyas (a local sweet), and Italian Tiramisu, along with an Ice Cream Parlour with assorted flavours.

Local Dishes:

Several local dishes are highlighted in both the delegate and VIP menus. For the VIPs, these include Home-Style Fish Curry, Santula, Pariba Chips, Mix Bhaja, Palanga Saga Dali and Gulkand ChhenaPyas. The delegates will have access to Tomato Khajuri Khatta (a local tomato preparation) and the live Ghuguni Chakuli Aloo Dum will give the Odiya special touch.

Hi-Tea:

The Hi-Tea menu have been kept simple, with juice, tea, coffee, assorted cookies, millet cookies, vegetable coleslaw sandwiches, carrot cakes, vegetable nuggets, crunchy fried chicken, and for the sweet tooth - dry sweets.
