Voting has come to a standstill in various locations including Booth No. 66 in Kumutiguda, Malkangiri district, Booth No. 101 in Nuapada, and Booths 72 and 89 in Podapali & Loharapali respectively in Khariar.

The malfunctioning EVMs have also caused delays in Booths 160 and 194 in Jeypore, and Booths 59 and 60 in Borigumma in Koraput district. Additionally, voting in Rayagada has been affected due to similar technical issues.
