Bhubaneswar: Vicky Kaushal starred historical actioner Chhaava record run at the box office continues. The biopic of Chattrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chattrapati Shivaji the great, holds a strong sway over the cinegoers till date.
As per Sacnik box office reports, the afternoon occupancy of Chhaava has been a record 61% on its 10 th day. The Maddock stable film in its nine-day run has netted a collection of Rs 287 cr. And the BIG NEWS is Sunday (today) the film will gross its Rs 300 cr net collection at the box office.
With the grossing of Rs 300 cr, the film will enter into record books Sunday, though its Gadar run will continue and the film by 3rd week or early 4th week will cross the 400 cr mark. The film’s lifetime business is predicted at Rs 500cr.
The rate of return of Chaahva seems to be highest in recent years when the budget of film is mere Rs 130cr.

The box office data shows Prabhas starred Bahubali 2 has netted a collection of Rs 300 cr on its 10th day in Hindi; whereas Yash Boss’ KGF 2 Hindi joined 300cr club on its 11th day.
With the Vicky Kaushal starred movie grossing Rs 300 cr on its 10-day, he has levelled the record with Prabhas and remained ahead of Yash Boss in the 300cr race.
The records by Vicky Kaushal had put him among the enviable star list.
