Bhubaneswar, June 4: “We accept people’s mandate”, said BJD on Tuesday, after the results of Odisha Assembly & Lok Sabha Elections were announced.
BJD leaderships during a press conference said, the people of Odisha blessed Naveen Patnaik led Biju Janata Dal(BJD) to serve for as many as 24 years. During the long span of time, the BJD government has brought immense transformations and integral developments across the state, getting absolute majority in five consecutive times. However, the BJD has won in at least 51 Assembly Constituencies and a few Lok Sabha Constituencies this time.
Among others, BJD spokesperson Sasmit Patra, Manas Mangaraj and MP (Rajyasabha) Sulata Deo were present in the press meet and congratulated the new feats of BJP.
