Bhubaneswar: Is the estranged wife and in-laws of the deceased senior IT executive Atul Subash evading arrest?
It seems so, if one go by the statement of Bengaluru police. First, when the police team went to the in-laws’ house of deceased Atul Subash, they couldn’t meet any one. rather, they found the house locked.
For which, the police team pasted search notice on walls of their house.
As per DCP of Whitefield, Shivakumar, the police has formed multiple teams to nab the accused, and they were tracking them all the way.
With concrete inputs, the police apprehended the mother-in-law and brother-in-law of deceased techie Atul Subash form a Hotel (Hotel Rameswaram Inn) in Pryagraj, UP, whereas the estranged wife Nikita was arrested from Gurugram in Haryana.
The action of locking their own house and residing in a hotel suggest that the family is evading arrest and buying time, as they have also filed an anticipatory bail in the case.
IS NIKITA NEW RHEA CHAKRABORTY?
When the senior IT executive in Mahindra and Mahindra died by suicide, and when hi s90-minute video and suicide note went viral, the social media erupted in anger, forty-eight hours after the death of Atul Subhash, some voice of support have also poured in for the estranged wife Nikita Singhania.
An elitist woman has posted a video in support of Nikita Singhania. In a video post, the well educated woman is seen saying Nikita Singhania is vilified just like Rhea Chakraborty. The woman is seen objecting to what she called media trial on Nikita.
Moreover, the woman is heard calling Nikita innocent, and justified the evasion tactics of deceased Atul Subash’s in-laws. She is heard saying, they are under tremendous pressure.

Who Is Rhea Chakraborty? A bollywood actress, she had been the girlfriend of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who died by suicide some years ago.
ARE BOTH CASES SAME?
The cases don’t look the same, because, in Rhea Chakraborty’s case, there has been no single word spoken against her by actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The allegations were levelled by Rajput’s family and some friends after his unnatural death.
In the case of Nikita Singhania, the charges were made by her deceased husband Atul Subash in a video and suicide note.
SECTIONS SLAPPED
As per Bengaluru police, Nikita Singhania and her parents were charged under section 108 of BNS.
Section 108: If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
BNS has made this offence non-bailable. The trial will be held by a session judge. And the punishment is for up to 10-years with fine.
WHERE IS 4-YR OLD SON?
As per the Bengaluru police press release, Nikita Singhania was found alone when was arrested by the Bengaluru police in Gurugram, Haryana.
Deceased Atul Subash's, whose parents belong to Samastipur, Bihar, father speaking to news Agency ANI stressed on the whereabouts of his 4-YO grand son, he feared - whether his grandson is alive or dead? I need my grandson. For a grandfather, his grandson is more important than son, the father told ANI.
In same vein, he appealed to PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, RJD leader and Bihar LoP Tejashwi Yadav and local leader Ram Lal to help him in letting the custody of the 4-YO child.
As per Bengaluru Police, the whereabouts of 4-YO kid of deceased Atul Subhash is under investigation, and the police will not divulge anything at this moment.
