Bhubaneswar: LESS than 48 hours to go for the release of the most awaited Allu Arjun starred Pushpa 2 The rule on the silver screens. The phenomenal response to the advance booking of the film’s Hindi version inkles at the film going to have the biggest opening day in B-town history.
As of noon on Wednesday, the total Hindi tickets sold stood at over 6.1lakh, and grossing over Rs 18cr. When almost 2 days to go for the film’s release, Pushpa 2 The Rule may break the Jawan record. Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan advance booking before 24 hours of release saw selling of 4 lakh tickets. Pushpa had grossed 6 lakh hindi ticket sales, with neraly 40 hours ahead of the R-Day.
It need mentioning that the day 1 advance booking of SRK's Jawan had recorded Hindi ticket sale of over 13 lakhs. The SRK film went on to became the highest Hindi day 1 opener upon its release. Jawan had grossed Rs 65.5 cr on Day 1.

Rocky bhai Yash’s KGF 2 grossed Rs 80 cr from the advance booking for Day1. Iconic star Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 has till midday today grossed Rs 51.19 cr. With nearly 48 hrs to go, it seems Pushpa 2 may cross the KGF 2 score. What needs remain to be seen is will it cross the Bahubali 2 score. Here is the list of top advance grosser.
