Bhubaneswar, August 5: Commissionerate Police has recovered a girl’s body on Saturday from a Bhubaneswar-based Bar.
The deceased has been identified as Subhalaxmi Sahu who hails from Nuabaga Sahi village in the Bhadrak district.
Police sources said, Subhalaxmi had checked in the Room No. 205 Deepali Bar & Hotel at the Cuttack Road here in Bhubaneswar in the wee hour on Friday. Mean while the crew members of the hotel found her body, hung from the roof.
On being informed by the hotel authorities Laxmisagar Police visited the spot and took stock of the matter.
Primary investigation into the matter has been initiated. The body will be sent for autopsy after arrival of the deceased’s family members, sais the Investigation Officer.
