Bhubaneswar, February 6: While renowed Bollywood actress Mamta Kulkarni has recently received sainthood in the Maha Kumbh at Prayagraj, an item girl in Odisha has wreaked mayhem at the Khandagiri Kumbh Mela in Odisha’s Capital City on Thursday over her sainthood, on cumpulsion.
The Odia item girl, identified as Rani Priyadarshini, has threatened the Khandagiri Kumbh Mela organizers in Bhubaneswar to opt sainthood if she is not allowed onto the Yatra stage here.
Rani Priyadarshini, an ace item girl who facinates thousands of audience with her semi-skirt item dances was banned onto the yatra stage during this years cultural festivity.
Raged over it, Rani came on a rampage to the Khandagiri fair where scores of saints were performing their havans and other rituals, after taking a dip in the Daya River.
Cladding a saint’s attire, playing dumbbell, elated Rani performed non-stop Shiva Tandaba dance before the saints that went viral on social media.
During the dance, Rani was seen shouting, “I will perform Maha Tandaba dance later lest I am resisted to come on stage.”
She also asserted, “I will never perform any dance featuring obscene meaning and vulgarity.”
According to reports, Rani was ousted by the saints from the spriritual realms of the Khandagiri Mela where scores of saints and Naga Sadhus were on deep meditation after they came to know that Rani is not at all a saint rather a stage performer and a viral girl.
