Udhampur, Oct 12: In a bid to give a boost to tourism and generate income for the local youth, Jammu and Kashmir administration launched its first Tourist Village 'Panchari' in Udhampur. Jammu and Kashmir administration launched its first Tourism village 'Panchari' in Udhampur to promote tourism In order to activate youth clubs, Tourism village has been launched here in which youth as tourist guides have been trained, said Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Dr Raghav Langer launching the tourist village. Home stay facilities are available in Panchari to give a boost to tourism and generate income for the local youth. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha had launched Jammu and Kashmir Tourist Village Nework last month under Mission Youth.
