Bhubaneswar, February 8: ‘MoBus’ will be rebranded as ‘Ama Bus’.
Housing & Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra on Saturday informed it.
The ‘Ama Bus’ tag will develop a community approach than that of the ‘MoBus’.
According to Mohapatra, the new name ‘Ama Bus’, meaning ‘Our Bus’, better reflects the people-centric approach of the current government led by Mohan Majhi.
Apart from it, Mahapatra said that CRUT is all set to install front and rear cameras outside the buses to report pre and post accident situations.
Similarly, siren bell will be fitted in the bus so that it will raise alarm while commuting on roads amid crowd, Mohapatra added.
