The 2025 IWL will feature eight teams: Odisha FC, East Bengal FC, Sethu FC, Sreebhumi FC, Nita FA, Kickstart FC, Gokulam Kerala, and HOPS FC. Odisha FC has designated Bhubaneswar as their home venue, reaffirming their commitment to promoting top-tier football in the region.

In their inaugural match they will face Gokulam Kerala FC on 10th January at EMS Corporation Stadium, Kozhikode.
