Bhubaneswar, Dec 31: Odisha's Deputy Chief Minister, Pravati Parida, announced on Monday that women beneficiaries of the Subhadra Yojana will receive financial assistance in three phases throughout 2025.
In a media interaction, Deputy CM Parida outlined the schedule for the financial support, stating that the first phase will be disbursed before March 8, with subsequent phases to be released on International Women's Day (March 8) and Raksha Bandhan.
Additionally, Parida revealed that a comprehensive field survey will be conducted in the first week of January 2025, with the findings used to guide the next steps for the government's efforts under the scheme.
The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized that the government is committed to ensuring that no eligible beneficiary is overlooked. "We are making sure that every eligible woman is included in the Subhadra scheme, leaving no one behind," she assured.
