New Delhi, Dec 14: Raj Kapoor was not just a filmmaker but a cultural ambassador who took Indian cinema to the global stage, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday.
He said this paying tribute to legendary Raj Kapoor on his 100th birth anniversary. He hailed him as a visionary filmmaker, actor and the eternal showman.
Generations of filmmakers and actors can learn so much from him, the PM added.
