Bhubaneswar, Jan 24: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today inspected the preparation for the Utkarsh Odisha-Make in Odisha Conclave scheduled to begin at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar on January 28.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event, which is poised to showcase Odisha's industrial potential to a global audience.
The "Utkarsh Odisha: Make in Odisha Conclave 2025" is the flagship investment summit of the Government of Odisha, demonstrating the state’s commitment to becoming a leading industrial powerhouse. Scheduled from 28th - 30th January 2025, the conclave serves as a platform to showcase Odisha’s potential in driving India’s economic growth.
Majhi informed that over 7500 delegates including envoys, investors, and industrialists have already registered to participate in the conclave.
Delegates from 20 countries would participate in the conclave, he said.
Alongside sectoral sessions, cultural programs will be organized in the evenings to highlight Odisha's rich heritage.
State Industries Department Principal Secretary Hemant Sharma informed that invitations had been extended to 100 Fortune 400 companies to attend the summit.
