Bhubaneswar: The southern beauty who has been enthralling movie watchers across with blockbusters such as Phuspa 2 The Rule, Chhaava, has been in news recently for her shocking star fee in the upcoming magnum opus Sikandar.
Rashmika is Salman Khan’s ‘Zohra Jabeen’ and the film Sikandar’s lead actress. The Sikandar teaser 2 and her dance moves in the Zohar Jabeen song are drawing praises for the grace and glamour.

RASHMIKA BEGINS THAMA SHOOT
Few days before the release of Sikandar, the buzz grew loud is that Rashmika has started shooting for her next film Thama.
Rashmika will be seen along with Ayushman Khurrana in this film.
The shooting for Thama has started since the new year. But the shooting schedule saw disruption in mid-way following the leg injury to Rashmika.
As per reports, as she had fully recovered from her leg injury, shooting for the film Thama has resumed again this week.
As per a news report, Rashmika, Aayushman and Paresh Rawal are shooting for the film in Mumbai film city. Since the film plot revolves around Delhi, as soon as the shooting in Mumbai will be over, the crew and the actors will move over to Delhi street fro shooting on March 27.
Thama is a vampire comedy film and a love story, too. The movie will portray one sided love. Ayushmann Khurana will be going to be seen in the role of vampire in the film.
RASHMIKA’S SIKANDAR FEE
For her endearing and all important Srivalli role in Pushpa 2 The Rule, Rashmika had charged Rs 10cr. But the shocking fact to the fore is for her ‘Zohra Jabeen’ role in Salman Khan’s Sikandar, Prashmika charged only Rs 5cr.
Moreover, she has no profit sharing deal with Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment (NGE) like Salman Khan.
The signing amount raises an eyebrow as reports say, another popular southern actress Kajal Agarwal was paid Rs 3cr for her role in Sikandar.
The star fee she quoted comes as a shocker, when as per recent reports, after the wonder run of Chhaava, the actress from Sandalwood, has surpassed over Rs 1000cr total domestic collection at the box office in just 3 of her first bollywood movies – which has been a record for any actress in the B-town.
